USA SHIPPING  -
On many(continental USA) single and/or small orders in the
USA, shipping will only cost $8.50(orders under $60.00) Most
shipments will be sent by DHL and will arrive in a timely
manner. Please call if you wish to have your products shipped
in another manner.
Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are only an estimate.
We will contact you via email with the exact rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Most international orders will only cost $22.00 to ship
anywhere in the world. However, this is only an estimate and
we will contact you via email with the exact amount of shipping
after the order is placed. We will not ship or process your
order until everything is confirmed by you. We will ship your
order by AIR MAIL. If you would like your order shipped by
DHL, please let us know and we will get a quote for you.
OUR GUARANTEE
- If you're not fully satisfied with our products, you can
return them within 2 weeks for a refund. We will happily refund
your money for the products ordered. Shipping costs are not
refundable. We do not accept the return of used goods.
OUR WARRANTY -
Higgins Brothers warrants all our Higgins Brothers products against defects
in workmanship and materials for six full months. Products not manufactured by Higgins Brothers are under warranty for 30 days. Any product
that proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced at
our cost. All damaged goods MUST be returned to our warehouse
(with invoice) for inspection before a new or replacement
product is shipped. In some cases, we will accept a digital
photo. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidents,
abuse or neglect. All products are subject to normal wear
and tear. All returns, credits and refunds are subject to Higgins Brothers approval. Please call or email first before you return any
products.
APO/PO Box Orders
- DHL will not deliver to P.O Boxes. If you can, please provide
an alternative street address in the shipping information
fields. Any P.O Box orders will be shipped by regular mail.
PAYMENT - Our
Canadian and U.S customers will NEVER have to pay any duties,
tarrifs or handling fees. NEVER!
